ABOUT OUR TRAINING CENTER

The Palomar College Public Safety Training Center is a state-of-the-art facility located in San Marcos that represents the future of incident command training. Using interactive simulations of routine and large-scale incidents, MITs are given the opportunity to develop and hone the skills necessary to successfully manage fire ground emergencies in real-life residential, commercial, and wildfire situations. This emergency scene management training facility is the new home of our MIT Firefighter for a Day program.
